It looks like a knockout from an electrical distribution panel or junction box.

Looks like this thing went through XRF testing and a submission to NGC.

I agree with jbuck and bobby131313

I have knocked out 1000's of these things... You can see the tool marks from where it was whacked with and then grabbed by pliers and twisted on off.... No doubt in my mind it is a electrical box knockout to allow conduit connectors attachment and pull wire.
