5.35 gr., 26 mm. No indication of a coin. Reverse has no detail, just a setting for a button back. Edge is plain.

I saw the US National Guard as well, but most units are state-based. Why not Alabama National Guard, or Kansas? As it turns out, it is identified on line as a WWI US National Guard collar disk.
