came across this 1995 P LMC that appears to be showing angled ceiling DDR, what do you think? Unlisted but there are other areas with the same DDR for that year.

Looks like a plating blister.

passed the toothpick test and seems like too well shaped to be a blister, also there is a die crack leading into it

Possible Feeder Finger Damage to the die? The same line continues into the next bay and is flanked by other deep "roller" lines.
