2003 D Lincoln Penny - Error Or Damage?

I found this penny in my spare change and was wondering if this is an error or just damage. Appears to be 2003 D Lincoln Penny.

Semi-circular line going through the date on the obverse and 2 semi-circular lines going through "AM" on the reverse.
