I found this in a collection I just bought and it looks like the double die. To me it looks like the rare one what do you guys and girls think.

Closer-in, higher resolution photos may tell a better story. Looks normal given photos posted. Slight case of misaligned die (obverse).

The '9' looks affected. The devices are smaller than normal as they were over polished. But a closer view might be a lot more helpful.
