I tried searching this and found nothing. Is there a better place to look or maybe Coop has a photo?I tried Brian's Variety for Nickles.

It is a proof coin, but not sure if it is a DDO with only a notch on one letter. Is there more evidence of doubling?

Purchased as a MS 60... did not see anymore proof, will look again. At first thought I felt it could have been damage because I couldn't find info on year .vs. Mint. I was hoping that someone had an overlay for confirmation good or bad. I'll look again.

Is this considered "full Steps"?

I gave up looking for the full steps. When you look at PCGS, the ones that are listed, to me don't look like them. I figured them out, but decided not to waste my time. There is a FS-401 that was I was not aware of. Had to look to see what it was.

It was an enhancement of the die design that is weakening.

Looks full steps to me, but it also looks like a proof coin to me, so full steps is no big deal on a proof coin.
