Hi I just got started checking all my change for rare coins and I think from what I read on the Internet its a 1983 D Lincoln Penny with multiple errors all on the same coin. The errors include double die observe and reverse, full stair, Wide AM (I believe), Lincoln double ear, and it's a 2.4 g coin that I would love to hear if my thoughts are right here. I am new to this and am just learning and the errors can be hard, so I really would appreciate any and all help from those a lot more experienced than myself !!

Well I checked the three sites we often use and none have a listing for the 1983- D. There are several for the 1983 plain cents. (Philly) So I feel there is probably not a DDR on your coin. But to tell for sure, We need images close enough to see what you are looking at. About these size would be helpful: Those sizes will help us see if there is something there or not? You mentioned errors. Doubled dies are varieties, not errors. Damage to a coin is not an error. It means that the coin was damaged after the strike. Cleaning a coin does not make it an error, it was altered after the strike. So you might define what it is exactly what you are seeing?

I don't see anything special about it and the weight is normal for '83.

It looks like a normal coin to me as well that has been cleaned. Had it been a coin of value, the cleaning would have really hurt it.
