Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 02/09/2006 1:02 pm Hi JD I see them both as AU-55 coins, Both coins show wear on the obverse on the bun and hair details, with some rub on the reverse breast and wing edges. SsuperDdave Moderator United States 23522 Posts	Posted 02/09/2006 2:58 pm 1921's are a scream to grade because of the huge variances in strike quality. The only comfortable way to grade one is in-hand, to look at the early-wear areas under magnification. I've scored a few MS 1921's which were advertised as AU.
