2017-P Jefferson Nickel Cuds At Rim To Top Of Letters On Reverse?

Appears to be two Cuds from Rim to top of the Letters "R" and "I" also a Die Chip inside the "S" of Pluribus. I thought it was at unusual locations to see at the tops of Letters to the Rim. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Die chips on the die. A Cud would affect the outside edge of the die, making the Cuds higher than the rims.
