What Would You Grade This Shield Cent?

I see almost no contact marks, so if has the right look in hand, it could easily go higher. From what I've seen, it's all about the water spots, the fewer and the lighter the better. The light is too strong and it's washing out the coin and fields - the most important part. Lincoln Cent Lover!
