Hi I just got into this quarter the die is not pronounced like in other picture in internet but seems to me something its going on. Any Help is Appreciated.

Looks like die scratches. The so called spitting eagle looks more like a drooling eagle actually is a die clash:

Note the direction of the clash area below the beak of the Eagle. On your coin that area is straight like die scratches, rather than curved like a clash line would look like.
