I'll say EF-40 as well. Was the coin cleaned/dipped? The toning on the reverse is interrupted between the legend and the main devices in a bunch of places.

This coin has beyond great eye-appeal for the grade with the obverse beeing the better of the two sides.
In my book it is worth atleast au-premium. A true keeper!
