Hey everyone! Check out these sweet finds. 1965 DDR. Can't find a single Die Mate of this one anywhere on the web! What's the deal? 1982-d DDO?!? I know there was Master Hub Doubling, but this looks pseudo legit... Biggest spread I've ever seen in real life... 1983-d DDO, Double Ear, and phantom 8. I know this is Wexler's WDDO-003, but is it also PCGS recognized? FS-103? They wont let me post the reverse. . . Anyway, would love any info. Thanks!

@chj, first welcome to CCF. Second, best practice is to post only a single coin per thread. It isn't a big deal, but it does help us look things up later. Thx.

Agree, please start over, one coin per thread, with full size images of both sides for each coin.

Yeah, I'll redo them. I just thought I'd save some time doing it this way. It takes .. a long time posting from my phone here.
Nieuw, take a look at the top of the A in America.

One coin per thread makes it easier for us to comment on, rather than saying something like, "The third coin down," Thank you. to the CCF!

Also the MD reduces the size of the devices. On a doubled die, the devices would be enlarged: Compared with a normal set of devices, note the spread for a doubled die enlarges the centers of the devices. On Machine Doubling it reduces the contour on an outside edge of the devices. (All in the same direction on the whole reverse) Machine Doubling is on the die, not caused by the machine after the strike. Also note the top of the 'A' on Quarter, it is showing notching on that devices on the top of that device, widening the devices and making the centers of the closed devices showing a smaller ope area.
