a month ago they lose all our gallery images.

Last night their server crashes.

Last week, I canceled my auto pay credit card and try to use a different card. ebay cannot "verify" it. Then I use the exact same card to make a one time payment and they take it !?. Try a different card and my checking account to set up auto pay - both rejected. I call ebay and they tell me this has been a problem since MAY!!

Auctiva refuses to launch over 100 auctions last night. Why you ask? Because I don't have auto pay set up on ebay! - arrrrgh!

I cannot wait for "Managed Payments" to kick in.

Just got off the phone with ebay. They admit there has been a problem since MAY. Sellers can not use a credit card or a checking account to set up a NEW auto payment for their monthly invoice. Yet those options both show up when you go to their website and try to set up auto payment. I guess if you already have a card on file it still works but don't try changing it!

Here is what I had to do to get my credit card "verified" by ebay. Go to Pay Pal and set up that card as a payment option for Pay Pal. THEN go to ebay and choose the set up auto pay page. But do NOT choose credit card (or checking account) as the payment method - but choose Pay Pal. That will take you back to Pay Pal where you then have to select the card (the one you just installed) as your method to pay.

What a disaster. They accept the same exact card for a one time payment but not as a source for auto pay without jumping through a bunch of hoops. How much you want to bet this all is connected to Managed Payments?

I can only hope Auctiva will now launch my 100+ auctions that I have rescheduled. If I wasn't stuck in the house because of the Pandemic, I would bag it all and go fishing fer six months.
