PF67/68 when you get into these categories its extremely difficult to grade by a photo as well as to determine CAM/DCAM. I think its PF68 possibly DCAM with those fields

Does PCGS have a photograde for proof coins or just mint state?

Wish they did John, from what I've figured out, strike, and die polishing lines make the difference...smooth fields are what to look for. They were handled with care at the mint so they should theoretically have no hits, so the grading isn't so much technical.

I may be wrong, just my observation.
