Looks like push doubling from some circulation contact.

Ah interesting, haven't heard of that doubling before. Maybe Coop can offer some insight.

Notice how thin the devices are already (over polished die) Machine Doubling on the right of each device.. Tops of C and D flattened due to circulation.
