to the CCF! It's always okay to ask questions and you are not wasting anyone's time! Once you learn have a better understanding of the minting process, you'll see why something like this coin couldn't be a mint error. What did you think was an error on this coin?
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Never hesitate to ask questions here! That's how we learn. And you haven't wasted anyone's time, ok? Your quarter looks to have been damaged post mint ( PMD). It looks to have been scraped and tarnished environmentally. to the CCF! We look forward to seeing future posts from you!

CodeSlayer. Your question was not wasting time. We all need to ask questions. We all are learning (even) if we've been in this (hobby) for years. hfjacinto's answer was an honest one. I'm sure didn't mean wasting time. Keep searching and asking. This is the place to learn.
