First, 
The flashback on the obverse photos and angle of the reverse photos makes it difficult to grade. On the obverse, I see clear signs of wear on the hair above the ear and above the forehead, cotton blossoms, cheek, and neck. The bag marks are consistent with a high AU coin. The reverse shows signs of light circulation on the eagle's breast, right leg (our visual left), bow, and tips of the tail feathers. Again, the bag marks are consistent with a high AU coin.
IMHO, this one is likely AU-58, possibly with decent eye appeal. Better photos would help nail down the grade.
