I think I explained this correctly?

MAD on obverse and reverse. Reverse isn't quite as strong of a fin.

Machine Doubling everywhere on reverse. The top sections of the letters TED in United and all of the top of STATES got pinched.

Most of the devices on the reverse look like they were dragged slightly, towards the top of the coin.

Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that a MAD can only occur on one side of the coin. When you have both sides off, then you have an off-center strike.

You can have a MAD on both sides. Your coin if a MAD is very minor.
