Tl;dr: 7 rolls filled with clad and silver proof State Quarters and my first W in one of the other three rolls. Gonna clean the bank out of their remaining customer wrapped rolls tomorrow. My heart sank when I peeked at the end of the first roll in the car because I could tell it was an uncirculated P mint mark in a customer wrapped roll, and I've gotten another hunter's dumpings (10 rolls of searched Alamo missions in customer wrapped rolls) before. When I got home, I was relieved to find that the next roll I checked was circulated. I dumped it out, and saw my first ever W on a 2019 Guam! I emptied out two more rolls, and the second of the two made my heart stop. All the coins were in BU condition, and there were 6 silver edges showing. I started looking through, and realized it was someone's State Quarter collection. All in all, that roll contained 4 clad proofs, 6 silver proofs, and 30 BU State Quarters. Because I was running low on quarter flips, I immediately re-rolled them and started peeking at the other rolls. In all, there were 6 more rolls of the uncirculated State Quarters, with at least 1 silver ender (and I only checked 6 of the 12!). I just ordered more flips, and plan to hunt the 6 rolls thoroughly when they arrive. Stay tuned for a follow up post!!

Update: Went back to the bank today and got another $400 of rolls, of which $340 were part of the same collection dump. Can't wait for those flips to arrive so I can break into it...

@fplagge, sadly, I would guess that it's the other way around and that someone's parent died, which is why their "silly State Quarter collection" got dumped at the bank. I'm just glad that I was able to rescue it before any of the proofs saw circulation.

Another update: I just took the clad business strikes from the first collection dump to a different branch of the same bank and asked to exchange $100 of them for more quarters and deposit the rest. The teller finished counting my coins and came back with another bunch of rolls and said "we've got two of you now! Another customer just dropped off a huge pile of quarters the other day. I know these wrappers look just like the ones you deposited, but I promise they're different coins." I immediately told her I changed my mind and I wanted to buy them all. In total, I got another $400 of coins from the same collection, and have already checked one roll and saw a silver on the second coin before closing it. Will be busy today with class, but plan to hunt these as soon as I have the time!

@Shantiom Haha why yes, actually. Sorry, I've been neglecting to update, but it turned into an enormous haul. All told, about $900 of quarters from the same collection and then I went back and ended up discovering that the same person dumped nickels and dimes as well. Finished with roughly 150 silver proof quarters, 200 clad proof quarters, 200 proof nickels, 60 silver proof dimes, and 60 clad proof dimes all dated 1999-2008.
