DL.. I would say they look mint state, to me.

And, I would pick the 1975, don't ask me why, but I like the looks of that one.

I'd say the '75 definitely qualifies as MS. The smudges around the 2 on the '83 make me want to call it AU.

I like the color on the 75 too.
My opinion--I cannot possibly tell if a coin is MS or AU from most pics, outside of obvious wear.
Especially since I don't know where to look on this coin. Interesting coin, I like the denticle design.

Btw, is there something unusual about the 5 in the 1975 date? I'm seeing something here:

I've checked and in reality, there's nothing there
Must be an effect of photo resizing.
