Found some bleed through on this one and one. The B on DEBT also looks a little faded, not sure if that's wear and tear or ink error.. some finger printing (not sure if that's the right terminology) on the back side as well.

The B in debt looks like the note received post-BEP trauma, and the fingerprint looking mark on the back is quite common on $1 FRNs. It's from the George Washington portrait on the front...a little minor ink transfer. Looks like the upper right serial number has a minor turned digit.

I noticed the last digit slightly raised. What causes that? And is it common?

Not common, but seen occasionally. Your turned digit is considered minor. It happens when one of the serial numbering wheels doesn't fully turn. It typically happens on the end digit.
