Hello everyone looking for opinions on this 2003 Illinois damage on obverse. What is proper name for this, and if an error what kind of value? The coin itself is in good shape. Thanks everyone....

@cn, I see a few stray circulation marks on the obv, but that looks like struck through debris on the rev near the word CENTURY (which would be a mint error). BY the way, you should always flatten your staples on your 2x2s so that they don't accidentally scratch an adjacent coin.

On Century, that might be struck through debris that fell off the coin. But not a premium for the coin though. If it were something huge, then it would be:
