Morgan Dollar 1881 O With Stains Of Some Kind.

PanzerFaust New Member Romania 4 Posts	Posted 08/29/2020 06:59 am Hello , I recently bought a Morgan dollar and , it looks nice, I checked size and weight and the details as well so to my eye , it's an original. However, it has some light stains on it, perhaps you can guide me on this one. It has a little on the face and a little above the eagle. Report this Post to the Staff

If you want to try to get rid of the stain you could put it into pure acetone and see if the stain will come off. The acetone cannot hurt the coin. PanzerFaust New Member Romania 4 Posts	Posted 08/29/2020 12:25 pm Well , I personally did not clean it but looking to it , to me it does not seem to be polished, it seems that indeed , it's a bit to clean for it's age but the surface and details are there , normal wear , and in a good condition in my opinion ( again , given it's age and the fact that it had been circulated ) and I ask you , how much is it worth , a collector said , according to some catalog , it's around 60$, what's you'r opinion ?
