Just a very minor die chip that was named in order to sell coins on ebay. You can find much nicer examples of die chips than this pretty easily. I personally wouldn't pay above face.

while searching rolls I've found them to be very common on Denver minted coins, started to save them until I began to fill second tube, then decided to spend the minor ones and only kept ones that are equal or larger than the claws themselves
