2007 Washington State Quarter with possible mintmark issue. I have looked at several others from this year and the "D" minmark is twice as big and almost looks like another "D" underneath. What do you see?

Looks like a normal quarter to me. RPMs stopped in 1990 as they are now directly hubbed into the master dies.

EDIT: I can see evidence of Die Deterioration around the MM (warping toward the edge).

I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure RPM's stopped in the 1990's

Your coin looks like DDD and or over polished dies. RPM's stopped in 1990.

It just seemed unusually wide compared to other examples so I wasn't sure why. So I asked the experts thanks again everyone so now if I run across another one into the dump bank it goes...
