Pretty amazing coin. I would say MS-68RD without hesitation.

I'll go 67+RD. A few marks on his shoulder keep it from 68 IMO.

Just took a gander at PCGS's example of their 68+
Your rim is near flawless...on the PCGS example...next to LIBERTY a couple of rim dings.
Your reverse is beautiful...a couple of lite dings on the columns...on the PCGS example...one deep hit on the column and a very weak 1st step...your steps look perfect!
Based on that...

It does almost look fake--like a fresh plastic play coin. Anyway, I'd go with a strong MS68.

Beautiful example, the high point weakness on the obverse is somewhat "hidden" in your pictures. That weakness may prevent it from a 68.
