Would this 1966 5 cent be considered a clipped coin - indented strike - grease spot or something else?

I don't know, I don't see a Blakesley effect.

Not all clips will show a Blakesley effect, if the Blakesley effect is not present you should look for dovetailing, I've noticed smaller clips tend to not show the blakesley effect compared to bigger clips.

Here's a picture of the rim of the coin directly above the area might help for decision.
The right hand side of the picture is the Reverse side

Lovely little rim clip. The key diagnostic for any clip is the dovetailing of the rims.

Here is another rim clip example, with a coin that has larger rims. Note how they dovetail from the fields just beside the clipped portion.
