Looks like DDD on the date and the tops of the 'T's on TRUST. Not a premium, just die wear that develops as the die ages on the single squeeze dies. It is always in the direction of the closest rim.

On the new images, the raised areas above the date are probably plated zinc dust, if they do not flatten. Or if they do flatten, they would be bubbles under the plating. But I feel my first suggest is probably the correct answer.
