2005 D Roosevelt dime has a smudged D in God, T in trust but mirrored on the coin as,well as for the date 2005, the D mint and the initials JS. What is this called?

Looks like a slight Grease Filled Die along with a poor strike. Lots of Roosevelt dimes have the same problems. The marks on the bust look like damage, not an error.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Looks like a contact mark on the coin from the edge of a larger reed coin.
