Hi, guys , how are you? I am a super fan for the USA quarters collecting. For now ,I wanna ask if the latest one, the quarter for Hawaii has been issued? someone told me that it was issued on Nov. 4.
So does anyone give me the confirmation?

And how I can get it?

According to the the US Mint website, the Hawaii quarter is indeed in circulation.

Or, possibly your bank.
