j2g,
to CCF. You need to start your own thread. Please post in focus photos, please crop photos before posting, and tell us what you are seeing as a possible error.

j2g, please create a new topic for that coin. Looks like you do indeed possibly have a Cud error. Also hold the coin by the rim, rather than on its sides.

Still need images that are close up and in focus. Try to crop out everything in the background leaving only the coin, both sides please.

If it's just a question of the missing mint mark, none of the cents minted in Philadelphia in 1964 have mint marks. Most of the time these are simply called a 1964-(P) cent to show that it's a Philadelphia minted coin. The (P) means that it's understood that these coin are normal Philadelphia struck coins even though the mint mark isn't really there.

Only the 2017-P Lincoln Shield cent carries a true P mint mark to celebrate the 225th anniversary of cent production in Philadelphia. The 2017-P Lincoln Cent became the first-ever United States one-cent coin to bear Philadelphia's "P" mintmark. The P mint mark was removed in 2018 to keep with the long running tradition of Philadelphia cents minted without mint marks.

Lay your coin down flat on a solid surface and photograph it using defused lighting (sunlight or a piece of white paper over your indoor light source), and zoom in, making the coin as large as possible, and crop your photos to the very edge of the coin sides. Generally, we like to see both sides of your coin overall, and close-ups of any areas in question. We need better photos of your coin to help you as much as we can.
