1975 D Lincoln Cent, Rare Find! Help

I received this penny in some change.
It has many, many errors some may be from circulation, but many are not. They appear on the obverse and the reverse.
One of the main ones is the extra lettering on the obverse of the coin. The jacket of Abraham Lincoln on the bottom front sleeve looks to be a T and D. I cannot make it out. Close to his lapel it looks like another D.

On the reverse, (right side) there appears to be some Cud dots or something on the corner of the memorial. I thinks it's like three or four of them.

all just PMD. What you're see on the jacket is just displaced metal from several hits to the coin.

Many of the marks you see are actually from the reeded edge of another coin striking this cent and leaving partial impressions. This is just damage, unfortunately.
