I have compared this dime to other mintmark D's and this one is definitely larger than what I have compared it to.

It's not a Mercury dime, it's a Roosevelt. From what I can see, it's a normal mint mark. Lets see what the other CCF members think.

to CCF. It looks like a normal,fully struck up mint mark. I do not think the mint had two different size mint marks used then.

Mint mark looks to be legit, based on a quick comparison with photos on the PCGS site.
