Yes but not where your pointing. Look at the top left serif and the extra below the D. It actually looks tripled to me.

It's 1958D-1MM-001...a pretty obvious RPM. And yes, it does have three Ds. It's a D/D/D South and Tilted. The upper serif is the tilted, and the big bulb on the bottom and the upper part of another D inside the primary mintmark is the south.
