Hello, I recently found this in a collection dump and I am having trou ble telling the difference between chromeplated and missing chrome.

Just an average well circulated SF nickel, how I usually tell between Chrome and Missing Chrome is if you notice on your coin, it is silverish in color with a hue of blue, that is because it is chrome plated. The Missing Chrome will look dull with no shiny silver or a blue hue present.
