Hey guys, So I am learning more and more about the minting process and and know this is a lamination error pre strike. The fact that the lamination piece is still intact it pretty awesome! Also that through the peel the date and details of Lincoln's coat and shirt was still intact. I have looked and looked and really can't find anything like this anywhere. Would this be something I should send in for grading to possibly be auctioned, since "I think" it is pretty rare? Any advice is appreciated! May still keep it since it is so cool looking!!

Not worth sending in to a TPG. However, it's definitely 2x2 worthy.

I have a 1974 penny just like it. I haven't sent it to be graded either. Playing issues don't tend to bring much value to the coin.
