I'll say F-15, eye appeal will be better when the fresh rub points tone over on the obv and rev. Verdicare can definitely work some wonders.

good shot at a details designation due to ED for PMD. the scrapes especially on reverse appear to have occurred by the coin being slid across an abrasive surface
