I have a 1944 penny that seems to have a number of errors when I compare it with other in my collection.
All of the lettering and numbers on the obverse side seem to be out of rotation clockwise be several degrees.
A number of the letters and numbers are seem to be doubled.
The lower leg on the 'L' and the 'I' in LIBERTY did no rise properly.
Lincoln's bow tie seems to be larger than normal.
Lincoln's neck seems to be shorter than in others I have.
I would like to see what others think of it.
I am new to the forum. I had all of my gold and silver coins stolen a number of years ago. They did not take any of unsorted pennies and nickels so I am now starting to look at them.

Sorry about the loss of your collection.

We will need better, sharper photos of both sides of your cent and close-ups of areas in question in order to help you. please.

Sorry, but most of the things you described don't sound like they could be errors or varieties based on the way the minting process works.
