1945 LWC Possible Double Ear Or PMD?

Looking at this 1945 Lincoln Wheat cent I noticed what looked to be a doubled ear, on certain angles inside the crevis it looks like there are raised die sratches going in the oposite direction then what the crevis is. Usually when it is PMD the scratches are incused and going in the same direction the damage is going but that does not seem to be the case with this.

so I thought I would get some opinions as I'm not certain on what exactly this might be.

Looks like machine doubling/or coin damage. Note the bottom of the 'T' on Liberty is showing the same thing in the same direction.

The earlobe looks to have been flattened by wear. This is likely old damage that has since been worn down.

Weight is 3.11g, so normal for a Wheat penny.

For me it looks like Damage. The ear took a hit and pushed the copper
