1965 Quarter With Odd Mint Mark...?

Sculley29 New Member United States 19 Posts	Posted 09/15/2020 8:26 pm ok..this might be my last coin for a while..But this is a 1965 Quarter with an odd mark where the 1964 quarter's mint mark would be...and it looks raised..like the letters on the coin...or...is it just damage?..Thoughts? Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 09/15/2020 9:31 pm to the CCF! It can't be a mint mark as no coins minted in the year '65, '66 or '67 had mint marks.
