Not MD, what you're seeing on top of the 0 and the sides of the N is over polishing in that area.

On the top of the 'O' on One that area is affected with die polishing that reduced the field on that area. This is a die event, not a doubled die issue. When metal is removed off the field of the die, the coins will show a raised area on the fields.
