Looks like a small clip, with Blakesley effect. I would grade it MS-63RB.

I'd say MS, but I can't grade them from a photo. As above, looks like a small clip, but 4 D/C's on the Obv will keep the premium well down.

This looks MS, maybe clips or rim damage (RHS rev). Not sure about obv dentists at top, wear or other?
Was this a die that is about to fall apart?

Double error coin: - radial die crack in front of C in Canada, - minor clip error with Blakesley effect.
MS-63 RB
Scuff on cheek doesn't help with RB eye appeal, but double errors may help with value.

With the D/C's on either side of Canada (one large crack going toward Vicky and then out on the other end of Canada, the die had a chance of breaking off all of Canada if left in service for long enough. I'll look through my '95's to see if those Canada cracks got worse.
I don't think that the die lasted much longer. I just looked through 27 1895's and found only one similar to the OP, but it just had the 1 D/C left of Canada and not going through the beads and back down to the end of Canada. The other 26 didn't have any of the D/C's that the OP coin had .. some D/C's but not like the OP>

Thanks everyone for your input. I was hoping for a 62 but was not sure about the clip and the DB's. would ICCS mention the cliP?
Oakiecoiner thought about your input and agree with your suggestions. Personally, I think the Diebreaks make it more interesting? Despite these, it is a darn good looking coin in hand.
MM, there are definitely no indicators of that with coin in hand. Am not sure what you see or why u think so? But, you might see something we all have missed? H

ICCS would not mention the clip. Really interesting study coin you have . Looks 62 RB or might squeeze 63 .

The clip error makes this coin more important than the grade... clips are uncommon in the large cent series, even scarcer in the Edward and George V strikes.
ICCS will comment on clip, but you have to specifically point that out to them, otherwise they will just comment "Planchet Flaw"
