It's hard to capture the blue tone on this one, but the pics should be good enough for grading.

The Obv photo isn't too clear but, from it, it looks like wear on the mustache, the robe beads and head band. I'd say EF+, maybe AU.

Way too much wear on the ear for AU; EF-40 at best

Agreed with @Johnnysprawl...I would put it in the EF range. There's some nice detail in the crown but moustache, ear and other features in the garments are pretty worn. Hard to judge from these images but I don't see much evidence of mint lustre either.
