I noticed that some people are able to pinpoint an area of interest on there coin photos with arrows. I take photos mostly with an iphone and transfer to win 10 computer. Is this done with a phone app or win 10 app, and what is the app? Thanks

I just paste the coin pic into powerpoint, add the arrow(s) where needed, group them, and then save the combined image as a *.jpg for upload here.

I use Photoshop for all my images, but it's kind of expensive. I got a copy when I bought a tablet/pen editing device, but the price for just the software was about $700 back then. It's great for adjusting the images I use on CCF so that they meet the 300K size limit. The new version of Photoshop is a "Subscription" that's $10 per month (Basic Version) to $53 per month (for everything.) You can get a 7 day trial or more info on the subscriptions here. https://www.adobe.com/products/phot...otoshop-card

You could even paste it into Excel, add the arrows and save as a photo file.

Photoscape is free. I use it exclusively for many years. I don't think it is for phones tho?

Someone just showed me how to do arrows an editing in the iphone. I didn't realize it had that capability. Once looking at your photo hit edit and then the three dots button in the top right corner of the screen. That's it you are there just work through the menus.

It depends on the camera app you have, so your mileage may vary. Of course, I will still use Paint.NET since I prefer to work on the larger screen of a PC.

The easiest way to add arrows to your photos is by using the "markup" option on your iPhone. Just find the photo in your iPhone camera roll and click edit (top right), then you should have the photo surrounded by a black background with editing options. When editing, you should see three dots at the top right of the screen that you need to click. Now, click the option that says "Markup". Click the plus option at the bottom right of the screen and choose the arrow image. From there, just start adding arrows.
