I found this in some change and it looks like it has doubling. Any thoughts? Is this a good find?

Design elements do not seem to have increased in size, so not a doubled die.

Maybe some light Die Deterioration Doubling on the outer lettering, but I am mostly seeing light/glare/reflection.
