I agree with you on the other coins, although I thought for sure the 1997 (not 2006) would have been a double Queen.

This is the picture of the 1970 double RE of Regina, from the coinsandcanada website, compared to mine.

Most of the "double" listings on Coins and Canada are Die Deterioration Doubling or Machine Doubling that have been uploaded by new collectors or unknowing roll hunters, although your coin IS like the one on the coins and canada website, both the coin on the site and yours are simply the result of Die Deterioration Doubling and do not command any sort of premium.

Die Deterioration is the result of an over worked or over used die that should have been pulled from production and replaced with a new one. ALL coin dies succomb to deterioration over time and it is not an error or considered a genuine variety, its more like the inevitable to some degree.

If you want to familiarize yourself with what Genuine Doubled Dies look like that are true collectable varieties, flip the 1970 cent you have over and look at "CANADA" I am almost 100% certian you will notice splits and notching on the letters.

The 1970 DDR "CANADA Only" is one of the most common DDR's on the canadian small cents I have came across and are good for beginners to recognize what a doubled die looks like, however you can look at the bottom of the "7" and you may find a split too, if so you have a 1970 DDR Date + CANADA.
Finding and discovering modern Canadian doubled die varieties since 2018.

Thank you very much for the information, I understand what you mean now. I wasn't sure if the Doubled Dies for Canadian coins were the same as American coins.

I noticed that it looked exactly like Machine Doubling (if it was an American coin), but it's listed as Die Deterioration Doubling for Canadian Coins?

I wasn't even sure if coinsandcanada was a legit website for error listings, that's why I added it in my comment.

There wasn't any split serif on the 7 or Canada. The 7 does have a small point coming off the bottom left, but it looks more like damage.

I only come across Canadian coins every once in a while, when I'm coin roll hunting.

Edit - Would you happen to have a good Canadian coin error website link, that I could look at next time?

There might be a small split on the N in Canada.
