Picture isn't great, so it could be a few things from PMD to die attrition, but I'm going to tentatively say it's a lamination. Better pictures would be helpful.

I'm using a Dino-scope AM3111 . Maybe different angle ? I'm guessing some kind of etra metal . Metal burr ? Die slice ? I'm lost, lol . My second forum too.

"Die slice" isn't something I've ever heard used. It would probably be called a die dent or just a damaged die. I don't think either of those, although it could be die attrition. Metal burr is very unlikely, since it's inside the rim of the coin and would have been flattened in the strike. I think a lamination or PMD is the most likely answer.

If your coin has heavy die flow lines, then I would account the issue around the inside of the rim to an over-used die...
