I believe this to be a tetradrachm struck at Alexandria, specifically Milne 4248. I like the strong, high relief depiction of the eagle on the reverse of this particular example.

I agree @lc that the depth of detail is really great on these. I think I have one or two from Probus and the eagles are just super.
