Thanks to yokozuna for providing the overlay of the 1999 mule die clash now I can see what I was looking for on this coin. Looks like somewhat of a match. Am I seeing things? Thanks

Left arrow points to Lincoln's head right arrow is where columns and stairs meet like in the overlay

That is not a clash. A clash will show the outlines of the central devices of the incuse area of the dies:

A clash won't be the same as a reverse over a reverse. Not a clash on your coin. Just an altered color area.

Looks a little like what PCGS calls a 1999 mule die clash. It may not be one but it looks close

Appears to be a normal Lincoln Cent with red lines drawn all over the picture.

The clash is reverse over reverse when two reverse dies clashed and one got changed out to and obverse reverse combination as it should be. I think that's how it went. Discovered in 2018. I found the exact same coin when I first started looking at coins and didn't know what it was. Threw it in my minor error pile. I hope to find it one day but this is close. The one I can't find has clear reverse doubled letters like the few that have been found

The reason for an overlay is to see if things match. I'd say they were similar. If it was a big deal I would have sent it off. Thanks for taking a look

Would need better pictures of the rim of your coin to confirm. Not totally getting why you posted all the other pictures of the center of the design if this is what you think you have.

Something along the rim could be there but the images aren't really clear enough to tell.
